The apartment is on the 1st floor of a two-story complex (not graund floor), the complex has its own children's and adult pools, a barbecue area. To the sea 1 km (deserted wild beach, sand at the bottom of the sea, clean sea). The nearest resort town Polis is about 6 km away (the town has a supermarket, a hospital and pharmacies, cafes and restaurants, trade, banks and services). There are cultural beaches (one in the eucalyptus grove, the second - near the port of Latchi and the Akamas Nature Reserve). The local people are very welcoming. Surrounded by citrus orchards, pomegranates, figs, avocados, almonds, guava, medlar, etc. I sell the parking-place on the -1 floor together with the apartment (large in area, with a plastic house and a place for firewood, there is also a place for a car). An ideal place for a quiet measured life, beautiful sunrises and sunsets, practically no insects, birds sing all day long, there is no snow in winter (but if you want see snow, you can go to the mountains). Paphos Town is approximately 40 km away. The apartment is new, I am the first owner (bought it from the developer), the title was obtained in 2016. The agreement will be accompanied by a licensed Cypriot legal company, which can also (in addition) help with obtaining a permanent residence permit.
