The ground floor hosts the two bedrooms of this villa. A master bedroom and a double bedroom features with an en-suite bath and shower room. Both rooms have patio doors to the garden and pool terrace. Moving up to the first floor you will find a large landing opening onto a spacious balcony offering magnificent sea views and ideal for a relaxed afternoon while enjoying a drink or your favorite book. This unique villa was built having the concept of the Holiday Villa in mind and as a result the architectural plans includes several of our ideas in order to ensure sea and mountain views from every single room of the villa. We felt obliged to do so as the villa is situated at an elevate position and it would have been a waste to have rooms that do not enjoy sea and mountain views. In addition we tried to create a contemporary and comfortable living for our guests by creating a home away from home.
