Συμπλήρωση απαραίτητων εντύπων για ενημέρωση της παραγωγής και ορθό προγραμματισμό εκτέλεσης της παραγγελίας.• Καταγραφή και πρώτη διαχείριση παραπόνων πελατών είτε τηλεφωνικώς είτε από κοντά και παροχή λύσεων.
