The Sales and Brand Partnerships Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth through the management and expansion of strategic partnerships, particularly within the affiliate marketing domain. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong sales acumen, excellent relationship-building skills. The ideal candidate will work closely with partners, develop and execute sales strategies, and ensure that brand consistency and values are upheld across all partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, negotiate, and secure new brand partnerships.

Cultivate and manage relationships with existing partners to optimize revenue opportunities.

Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnership programs.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling offers, promotions, and campaigns tailored to specific partners and channels.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales tactics and strategies.

Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of sales initiatives and partnership programs.

Qualifications:

Experience in sales - MUST

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing successful partnerships.

Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Experience in brand management, or partnerships - preferably.

Experience working with CRM and excel systems and other sales management tools.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
