Ως Βοηθός Ζαχαροπλάστη, θα συνεργάζεστε με τον ζαχαροπλάστη και την υπόλοιπη ομάδα για την προετοιμασία και την παραγωγή γλυκών, αρτοσκευασμάτων και άλλων προϊόντων ζαχαροπλαστικής. Ο ρόλος σας θα περιλαμβάνει την υποστήριξη στις καθημερινές λειτουργίες του εργαστηρίου, διασφαλίζοντας ότι τηρούνται τα πρότυπα ποιότητας και υγιεινής.Καθήκοντα και Υποχρεώσεις:Συνεργασία με τον ζαχαροπλάστη στην προετοιμασία και παραγωγή γλυκών και αρτοσκευασμάτων.Παρακολούθηση των συνταγών και των διαδικασιών παραγωγής με ακρίβεια.Ετοιμασία υλικών και εξοπλισμού για την παρασκευή των προϊόντων.Διασφάλιση ότι το εργαστήριο διατηρείται καθαρό και οργανωμένο σύμφωνα με τα πρότυπα υγιεινής.Έλεγχος αποθεμάτων και προμήθειες πρώτων υλών και υλικών ζαχαροπλαστικής.Συμμετοχή στη διακόσμηση και στην παρουσίαση των προϊόντων.Συμμόρφωση με τις διαδικασίες HACCP και τις πολιτικές υγιεινής και ασφάλειας.Εφαρμογή των κανόνων FIFO για την σωστή διαχείριση των υλικών.Απαιτήσεις:Γνώσεις & Δεξιότητες:Γνώση των βασικών τεχνικών ζαχαροπλαστικής.Ικανότητα συνεργασίας και ομαδικής εργασίας.Καλή κατανόηση των προτύπων υγιεινής και ασφάλειας τροφίμων.Ικανότητα τήρησης χρονοδιαγραμμάτων και παρακολούθησης διαδικασιών.Προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια και ικανότητα να ακολουθείτε συνταγές με ακρίβεια.Χαρακτηριστικά Προσωπικότητας:Επαγγελματική συμπεριφορά και υπευθυνότητα.Θετική στάση και προθυμία για μάθηση.Ικανότητα εργασίας υπό πίεση και σε γρήγορο ρυθμό.Επίπεδο Εμπειρίας:Προηγούμενη εμπειρία σε παρόμοια θέση σε εργαστήριο ζαχαροπλαστικής θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν.Προτίμηση σε άτομα με βασικές γνώσεις ζαχαροπλαστικής και επιθυμία για εξέλιξη στο χώρο.Η θέση αυτή προσφέρει την ευκαιρία να εργαστείτε σε ένα δημιουργικό και απαιτητικό περιβάλλον, με προοπτικές επαγγελματικής ανάπτυξης στον χώρο της ζαχαροπλαστικής.
