New X-515 elliptical from leader Canadian company YORK FITNESS, is an excellent workout choice for both cardio and muscle training by using at the same time legs and arms in one movement and in different levels, depending on your fitness skills. Also it can be used on the opposite direction emphasising on training gluteus, hamstrings and calves. X-515 elliptical has it’s wheel in the front of the frame to offers absolute elliptical movement for extra safety on your knees, waist and neck.

Very important note 1: the designers of York FITNESS, wanting to offer even greater safety to the user, have designed the elliptical with two degree Inward Slope to Reduce Joint Strain !!!

Very important note 2: At the same time they managed to give the elliptical (although with movement on the front wheel) extremely practical dimensions to fit in any space without making any concessions to the absolute elliptical movement with a stride length of 46 cm!!!

Very important note 3: X-515 elliptical is electromagnetic, which means that it is silent, it has the ability to offer training programs for a variety of sports, measuring your performance and very high resistance (much larger than the classic magnetic elliptical)
