Our client operates as the representative office of reputable general ship suppliers at major ports around the globe, with more than 40 years of presence in the industry. They are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join their team in Limassol.
Job Responsibilities
Prepare daily reports on ship routes using Excel
Send emails to customers and partners, maintaining clear and professional communication.
Organize and file company documents efficiently
Requirements
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Excellent communication skills in English
Strong organizational skills for efficient document filing
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Additional Information:
Working Hours: 09:00 to 17:00 (Monday to Friday)
Ability to work remotely a few days a week upon agreement
