The ideal candidate will manage administrative tasks, assist with scheduling, and ensure a welcoming environment for visitors.

Job Description:

Oversee daily office functions and maintain an organized workspace.

Answer phones, greet visitors, and provide excellent customer service.

Assist in scheduling meetings, events, and community programs.

Prepare and manage documents, reports, and correspondence.

Maintain office supplies and handle procurement as needed.

Collaborate with team members to support various initiatives and projects.

Requirements:

Fluent in English and Greek (mandatory).

Valid driving license (mandatory).

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with people.

Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
