Can be full time or part time depending on previous skills and experiences. Excellent written and verbal English skills are a must and being able to communicate in Greek will be seen as an advantage.Comfortable and a respectful working environment in a small office.

Ο ιδανικός υποψήφιος θα παρέχει εξαιρετική εξυπηρέτηση στους πελάτες, θα βοηθά στη διαδικασία ενοικίασης και θα εξασφαλίζει μια ομαλή και ευχάριστη εμπειρία. Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες: * Υποδοχή πελατών και παροχή βοήθειας για την επιλογή οχημάτων, κρατήσεις και συμβόλαια ενοικίασης. * Εξήγηση των όρων, προϋποθέσεων και πρόσθετων υπηρεσιών στους πελάτες. * Διαχείριση της διαδικασίας check-in και check-out, συμπεριλαμβανομένων ελέγχων οχημάτων και εγγράφων. * Διαχείριση ερωτήσεων και επίλυση προβλημάτων ή παραπόνων με επαγγελματισμό. * Διατήρηση ακριβών αρχείων συναλλαγών και έγκαιρη ενημέρωση του συστήματος ενοικίασης. * Βοήθεια στη διαχείριση του στόλου οχημάτων, διασφαλίζοντας τη διαθεσιμότητα και καθαριότητα των αυτοκινήτων. * Συνεργασία με συναδέλφους για την επίτευξη στόχων ικανοποίησης πελατών και εταιρικών επιδόσεων. Απαιτούμενα Προσόντα: * Προϋπηρεσία σε εξυπηρέτηση πελατών ή πωλήσεις, κατά προτίμηση στον τομέα ενοικίασης αυτοκινήτων ή τουρισμού. * Ισχυρές διαπροσωπικές και επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες. * Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών * Γνώση χειρισμού υπολογιστών και λογισμικού διαχείρισης. * Δυνατότητα εργασίας σε βάρδιες, συμπεριλαμβανομένων Σαββατοκύριακων και αργιών. * Έγκυρη άδεια οδήγησης. * Θετική στάση, ικανότητα επίλυσης προβλημάτων και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια. Responsibilities• Use company approved sales and service techniques when determining customer needs• Offer optional products to meet customer needs.• Prepare all arrival and return documents accurately and completely.• Qualify each customer using our company rental requirement guidelines.• Review rental parameters with all customers to ensure a complete understanding of our rates and service charges.• Review all charges at the time of vehicle return.• Prepare the Rental Agreement Document with all required information.• Answer the phones to assist customers in a friendly, helpful and prompt manner.• Assist customers by effectively resolving all customer service issues.• Assist and coordinate customers within the queue to minimize wait-time and promote the most efficient service method as required.Qualifications• Must be at least 25 years of age.• Valid Driving License (Manual Transmission) • Excellent Command of the English Language• Basic Level of Computing Skills• Eligible to work in Cyprus• Must be able to work Full Time - Shifts include weekends, evenings, nights and holidays.
