Executive chef
We are currently looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual to fill the role of Executive Chef.
Responsibilities:
– Menu development and updates
– Creating recipe cards
– Organizing special events and dinners
– Handling pricing, cost analysis, and food cost
– Recruiting, selecting, and training kitchen staff
– Improving kitchen staff skills and qualifications
– Scheduling kitchen staff shifts
– Sourcing necessary equipment, machinery, and inventory
– Planning the kitchen, auxiliary, and technological facilities layout
– Contribution to restaurant concept development
– Involvement in PR and restaurant promotion in the media
– Supervising cooking techniques and employee adherence to hygiene, safety, labor, and discipline rules
– Working with product suppliers
– Maintaining and submitting timely production activity reports
– Managing documentation
– Interacting with the front-of-house staff
Requirements:
– Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Chef
– Knowledge of contemporary culinary trends and techniques
– Ability to create innovative and attractive menus
– Teamwork and personnel management skills
– Responsibility, organization, and attention to detail
– Flexibility with work schedules and willingness to work evenings and weekends
