Your Role:
As the Director's right hand, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our project management endeavors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive secretarial support to the Director, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management.
- Coordinate and manage the Director's calendar, ensuring efficient allocation of time and resources.
- Act as a liaison between the Director and various stakeholders, demonstrating impeccable communication skills.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports, leveraging your attention to detail and organizational prowess.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in secretarial roles, preferably within a project management context.
- Proficiency in Word , Excel, Power Point, with the ability to assist in technical document preparation, are a must.
- Proficiency in Autocad is an added value.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication abilities and a collaborative team player.
