The initial price includes just the console, joycons, charger & cartridge with the games (128gb) - you can choose the games. This console is banned, which means its only for playing cartridge games, including the MIG cartridge.
The MIG is a special cartridge with an SD card for playing free Switch games. The games rotate by pressing a button and the only limitation is that you can’t play any games online.
