Please read all the job description. We are seeking a skilled and passionate Cook 'A' to join our team and prepare delicious meals according to our menu and customer specifications. The Cook will play an essential role in ensuring guest satisfaction by maintaining high standards in food preparation, presentation, and cleanliness. Ideal candidates are experienced in kitchen operations, attentive to detail, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and Cook Food: Follow recipes and prepare a variety of dishes as per the menu and customer requests, ensuring taste, quality, and presentation meet our standards.

Maintain Cleanliness and Organization: Keep the kitchen area clean, organized, and stocked. Ensure all kitchen equipment, utensils, and areas meet health and safety standards.

Adhere to Food Safety Standards: Comply with food handling, storage, and sanitation regulations to ensure a safe and healthy dining experience for customers.

Assist with Menu Development: Contribute ideas for new menu items and seasonal specials, and assist with recipe testing when necessary.

Stock Management: Monitor inventory levels, assist with ordering ingredients, and minimize waste by utilizing products efficiently.

Collaborate with Kitchen Staff: Work closely with other cooks, kitchen helpers, and servers to ensure food is served promptly and meets quality expectations.

Handle Customer Requests and Adjustments: Adjust dishes for dietary restrictions, allergies, and special preferences, ensuring every customer’s needs are met.

Qualifications:

Experience: At least 2-3 years of cooking experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant or catering setting and experience with Buffets.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; culinary training is a plus.

Knowledge and Skills:

Knowledge of cooking techniques, knife handling, and culinary ingredients.

Ability to follow recipes and manage multiple orders simultaneously.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Familiarity with kitchen equipment and safety standards.

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy items, and work in a high-temperature environment.

Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with colleagues and management.

Program Monday to Friday 14:30 to 21:00 and Saturday-Sunday between 09:30-22:00(morning or night).
