The Island Private School of Limassol in Cyprus, which first opened its doors to 500 students in September 2022, is currently seeking passionate, experienced, and competent professionals to join our team.
Now we are seeking an experienced and passionate Marketing Manager who will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing campaigns for our diverse range of projects. This role requires a creative thinker with excellent coordination skills to ensure the seamless delivery of marketing materials for both outdoor and digital campaigns. The Marketing Manager will coordinate internal and external experts who create content and materials, ensure proper documentation flow, and facilitate the contract approval process within the company's systems. Additionally, the Marketing Manager will support the sales team, organise events, and manage contractor relationships for campaign execution.
Working hours: from Monday to Friday/08:00 - 17:00

Responsibilities:
- Organise and oversee marketing campaigns for company projects, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and brand identity.
- Collaborate with internal teams and provide valuable input into the development of marketing concepts for various projects.
- Coordinate the preparation of all marketing materials, including brochures, banners, advertisements, and digital content, by working with internal and external experts.
- Contribute to the development of digital marketing strategies, working closely with the digital marketing team to enhance project visibility.
- Plan and execute outdoor advertising campaigns, ensuring effective use of billboards, signage, and other media.
- Conduct market research and analyse trends to inform marketing strategies and identify opportunities for growth.
- Manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial constraints.
- Work closely with project managers, sales teams, external agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
- Ensure the sales team has all necessary marketing materials to support their efforts and enhance sales processes.
- Plan and organise events as part of marketing campaigns, ensuring successful execution and engagement.
- Identify and manage contractors to support the execution of marketing campaigns.
- Handle all documentation related to marketing campaigns, including facilitating the contract approval process within company systems.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using metrics and data to refine strategies and improve results.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the construction or real estate industry.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in coordinating the creation of marketing materials.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced multicultural environment.
- Experience in managing documentation and facilitating contract approvals.
- Event planning and management skills.
- Understanding of the construction and development market, with the ability to identify and leverage industry trends is an advantage.
