Seeking a dedicated and friendly handyman for our building apartment .Our hotel combines the amenities of a hotel with the comfort of suite-style living, creating a warm and welcoming environment for all our guests.

Responsibilities:
1. Plumbing Repairs: Fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and replacing faucets or toilets.
2. Electrical Work: Replacing light fixtures, outlets, and minor wiring repairs.
3. Carpentry: Building or repairing furniture, shelves, and doors.
4. Painting and Decorating: Wall painting, touch-ups, and drywall repairs.
5. Tiling: Installing or repairing tiles, grouting, and sealing.
6. General Maintenance: Fixing squeaky doors, assembling furniture, and small repairs.
7. Appliance Repairs: Troubleshooting and fixing household appliances.
8. Outdoor Maintenance: Fence repairs, gardening, and basic landscaping.
9. Cleaning: Deep cleaning surfaces, gutters, and property areas.
10. HVAC Maintenance: Cleaning filters and basic troubleshooting of heating/cooling systems.
Qualifications:
- All Or Some Of The Above Points
- Must speak Greek or English.
