The Head of Growth will be responsible for driving user acquisition and growth across the European markets, working closely with their global teams in Asia. This role requires a strong background in digital marketing, experience in business development within the fintech sector, and a deep understanding of the European online trading landscape.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies for the European markets, focusing on new user acquisition
Collaborate with our Asia-based digital marketing team to localize digital marketing campaigns for the European audience
Continuously optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights
Identify and manage partnerships with local channels and affiliates to enhance our market presence across Europe
Ensure compliance with regional regulations governing marketing practices in the various European markets
Analyse marketing performance metrics and optimize campaigns to improve ROI and reduce acquisition costs
Requirements
Proven experience (3+ years) in a senior growth or digital/performance marketing role, preferably in the online trading space
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools and best practices, including performance marketing and social media advertising
Demonstrated success in driving user acquisition and growth in the European market
Familiarity with regulatory requirements for marketing financial services in Europe
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global, cross-cultural environment
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional European languages is an advantage
