Sixt seeks to recruit a Parking Agent (062) who will be responsible for the Airports parking area.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Customer reception at the Parking Area and vehicle delivery.
Management of incoming and outgoing vehicles.
Performing the corporate check-out procedure on PC/mobile device for checking the vehicle's optimal. conditions before putting the vehicle into use.
Complete management of the procedure for checking the vehicle's optimal conditions upon return.
Sending the vehicle for washing or any maintenance, respecting the timing of the service.
Your Qualities:
Fluency in English.
Knowledge of other languages will be considered a plus.
Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Willingness to work shifts from Monday to Sunday.
Previous experience in Customer Service is appreciated (preference for experience in the car rental sector).
Excellent communication skills.
Flexibility and stress management skills.
Excellent knowledge and computer skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
Ability to manage stressful or unusual situations to maintain good customer service.
Must be willing to wear company uniforms.
