ESCAPE Limassol is the leading provider of live escape room’s entertainment. We love our guests, our brand, and our games. We also offer team building activities and outdoor corporate events to a big number of clients.
ESCAPE Limassol is seeking to recruit a full-time Marketing Manager. The successful candidate, will develop marketing strategies, planning, coordinating and executing marketing campaigns and manage the performance of our advertising efforts to maximize efficiencies and help increase our booking rates.
Responsibilities:
Improve the existing marketing plan
Manage and create engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google, TripAdvisor)
Create campaigns for corporate clients and present them when necessary
Develop and implement new promotions and marketing strategies to increase sales and attract potential customers
Serve as the main point of contact for customer bookings and corporate clients
Respond promptly and professionally to emails, social media messages, comments, and inquiries
Improve the customer’s experience satisfaction rate
Handle any other tasks and responsibilities related to the role
Requirements:
University degree
Creative and strategic thinker, with a passion for marketing and social media
Understanding of Google Ads and social media ads
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Basic graphic design skills
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
