Ο κατάλληλος υποψήφιος θα ενταχθεί στην ομάδα μας για τη δημιουργία μοναδικών γλυκών, σοκολατένιων επιδορπίων και άλλων δημιουργιών υψηλής ποιότητας.Καθήκοντα και ΥπευθυνότητεςΠαραγωγή σοκολατένιων γλυκών και επιδορπίων σύμφωνα με τις προδιαγραφές της εταιρείας.Δημιουργία νέων συνταγών και προϊόντων βασισμένων στη σοκολάτα.Διασφάλιση της ποιότητας και της παρουσίασης των προϊόντων.Τήρηση κανόνων υγιεινής και ασφάλειας στον χώρο εργασίας.Συνεργασία με την υπόλοιπη ομάδα για την επίτευξη των στόχων της επιχείρησης.Απαραίτητα ΠροσόνταΕμπειρία ως ζαχαροπλάστης, με έμφαση στη σοκολάτα.Γνώσεις στις τεχνικές επεξεργασίας σοκολάτας (π.χ. tempering, διακόσμηση).Δημιουργικότητα και πάθος για την τέχνη της ζαχαροπλαστικής.Ικανότητα εργασίας υπό πίεση και τήρησης προθεσμιών.Ομαδικό πνεύμα και επαγγελματική συμπεριφορά.Επιθυμητά ΠροσόνταΠτυχίο ή πιστοποίηση στη ζαχαροπλαστική τέχνη.Εμπειρία σε ανάλογη θέση σε ζαχαροπλαστεία ή ξενοδοχεία.Τι ΠροσφέρουμεΑνταγωνιστικό πακέτο αποδοχών.Φιλικό και υποστηρικτικό περιβάλλον εργασίας.Ευκαιρίες εκπαίδευσης και επαγγελματικής εξέλιξης.Δυνατότητα επιλογής πλήρους ή μερικής απασχόλησης.
