Marketer

Punin Group is seeking a talented HoReCa Marketer to lead the planning, development, and execution of marketing strategies for our Hotel, Restaurant, and Café (HoReCa) sector. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth and enhancing brand visibility across all HoReCa operations. You will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure that all marketing initiatives align with business objectives and reflect the latest market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing plans to increase brand presence and meet revenue targets.

Lead branding initiatives for the HoReCa market.

Conduct market research to shape strategies.

Oversee digital marketing, including SEO, social media, and content creation.

Organize events to enhance brand visibility.

Build partnerships with suppliers, hospitality partners, and influencers.

Manage advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.

Maintain relationships with press and media for positive coverage.

Lead and mentor the marketing team.

Manage the marketing budget to optimize resource allocation.

Collaborate with sales and product teams to align strategies.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Hospitality.

Minimum of 2 years in marketing, preferably within the HoReCa sector.

Experience in digital and event marketing.

Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Proficiency in Russian & English; additional languages are a plus.
