SCOPE OF JOB

Preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, along with snacks and desserts. Must understand the basic objectives, and standard of procedures set out by the outlet Manager.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Team management responsibility

Greeting and serving customers

Preparing customers’ orders timely, deftly and accurately

Knowledge of menu and providing detailed information

Knowledge of methods of coffee and beverage preparation

Maintaining stock levels, supplies and FIFO

Maintaining a safe, clean and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations

Ensure HACCP policies, procedures and codes of practice are implemented.

Ensuring the Health and Safety requirements are enforced and maintained

Taking care of the front shop to be always clean and tidy Taking care of the front shop to be always clean and tidy

REQUIREMENTS

Skills & Knowledge

English and Greek Language. (Russian Language will be a big plus)

Customer service skills

Good planning, organizational and communication skills

Good knowledge of hygiene, health & safety and licensing regulations

Διασφάλιση ότι τηρούνται και διατηρούνται οι απαιτήσεις Υγείας και Ασφάλειας
