The Head Chef will play a pivotal role in managing the kitchen operations of the new Wilton Coffee House, ensuring the highest quality of food and service. Additionally, this role will include responsibility for the preparation and execution of catering services, specifically focusing on finger food for events. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, leadership, and a commitment to maintaining our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations at Wilton Coffee House.

Develop and maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, and taste.

Design and update menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and innovative recipes.

Supervise and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and professional environment.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Manage food inventory, order supplies, and minimize waste.

Coordinate with the catering team to plan, prepare, and execute finger food for events and catering orders.

Maintain efficient operations under high-pressure situations, ensuring timely preparation and delivery.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a senior chef role.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Expertise in creating a variety of dishes, with a focus on both cafe-style offerings and catering-specific finger food.

Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
