To mix and serve drinks, providing an excellent guest drinking experience. Must understand the basic objectives, and standard of procedures set out by the Company while ensuring customer satisfaction.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to Company menus and standards

Understanding in detail the beverage menu and methods of preparation

Following liquor measurements to the standard procedure

Advising, making recommendations and answering customer enquiries

Taking orders and serving beverages and presenting bills

Staying guest focused and nurturing an excellent guest experience

Restocking and replenish bar inventory and supplies

Ensure HACCP policies, procedures and codes of practice are implemented.

Ensure the Health and Safety requirements are observed, maintained and enforced.

Comply with all food and beverage regulations

REQUIREMENTS:

Level of Experience

Proven working experience as a bartender or barista

Skills & Knowledge

Excellent knowledge in mixing and serving drinks

Good planning, organizational and communication skills

Good knowledge of hygiene, health & safety and licensing regulations

Personality characteristics

Team Player and Positive Attitude

Ability to work under pressure
