Hi there!
I’m selling my Fiat 500. After a year and a half of driving it, I decided it’s time for an upgrade.
Here’s what we got:
- 2015 model, 74,000 km on the clock 👣
- TwinAir Turbo 0.9 engine – two cylinders, a turbocharger, and almost a liter of unfiltered Italian fun 🤌
- Two pedals, with a single-clutch automated manual transmission hiding behind 🤡
- Climate control, just like the big boyz 🤙
- Rear parking sensors, a transparent roof (with a sunshade ofc!), electric mirror adjustment, and a vintage MP3 stereo 🤘
- The "signature" Fiat sun-induced crack on the dashboard plastic and some minor body scratches—nothing out of the ordinary for a 9.5-year-old car.
The car has been used to transport kids (previous owner did the same afaik), and it’s been driven gently. I’ve done servicing every 7,500 km, and according to the service center, everything is in good condition.
Despite its small 0.9-liter size, the engine is quite lively - won’t win any drag races, but it comfortably cruises at 110-120 km/h on the highway, thanks to the turbo. The transmission after driving “grown-up” cars might feel like the weakest link - but hey, that’s what Fiat gives to its' Fiats, and it’s driveable. It just takes 5-10 minutes to get used to after switching over from a "grown-up" car with classic AT or double-clutch, then it’s fine.
Driving this car is pretty fun, it’s like a mix between a regular car and a hoverboard. Thanks to the short wheelbase, it navigates Limassol’s narrow streets like a pro, but it’s not a drag on the highway either.
As for space, my wife and two kids had plenty of room, and the boot fit a week’s worth of groceries from Alphamega.
The price is, of course, reasonably negotiable.
