Ναύτης γενικών καθηκόντων

Η P&O Maritime με έδρα το Λιμάνι της Λεμεσού, αναζητά να προσλάβει ελληνόφωνους Ναύτες Γενικών Καθηκόντων για εργασία στα διάφορα πόστα της Εταιρείας στο Λιμάνι της Λεμεσού ή/και επί των σκαφών της εταιρείας. Ο κάτοχος της θέσης θα εκτελεί μεταξύ άλλων εργασίες συντήρησης, καθαριότητας και επισκευής σε οποιοδήποτε ρυμουλκό σκάφος καθώς και στη βάση καβοδεσίας, βοηθά στην ασφαλή πρόσδεση των σκαφών που προσεγγίζουν το λιμάνι καθώς και διάφορες άλλες εργασίες. Ο κάτοχος της θέσης εργασίας θα πρέπει να ακολουθεί πιστά τις διαδικασίες ασφάλειας και υγείας σύμφωνα με τα πρότυπα της εταιρείας. Η θέση απαιτεί εργασία σε κυλιόμενο πρόγραμμα βαρδιών με εξυπηρέτηση του Λιμένα 24 ώρες την ημέρα, 7 ημέρες την εβδομάδα. Τα βασικά καθήκοντα περιλαμβάνουν μεταξύ άλλων, αλλά δεν περιορίζονται: • Να ενεργεί ως Ναύτης Γενικών Καθηκόντων στην ομάδα καβοδεσίας παρέχοντας βοήθεια όπως απαιτείται προς τα σκάφη άφιξης και αναχώρησης ούτως ώστε να διασφαλίζει την ασφαλή μετακίνησή του. • Να χρησιμοποιεί αποτελεσματικά τον ασύρματο εξοπλισμό VHF για λήψη και μετάδοση πληροφοριών. • Να ενεργεί σύμφωνα με τις οδηγίες του Επιστάτη καβοδεσίας και/ή του Κυβερνήτη του σκάφους. • Να ακολουθεί το πρόγραμμα εργασίας διασφαλίζοντας την παρουσία του στο χώρο εργασίας του ανά πάσα στιγμή. • Να εκτελεί οποιαδήποτε καθήκοντα γενικών εργασιών στην ξηρά ή στο πλοίο, όπως καθαρισμός και βάψιμο. • Να εκτελεί άμεσα οποιαδήποτε άλλα καθήκοντα του ζητήσει ο Υπεύθυνος του. • Να ακολουθεί και να εφαρμόζει διαδικασίες υγείας, ασφάλειας, περιβάλλοντος και ποιότητας σύμφωνα με τα πρότυπα της P&O Maritime. Ο υποψήφιος θα πρέπει να διαθέτει τα ακόλουθα προσόντα: • Απολυτήριο Λυκείου ή άλλης ανώτερης σχολής. • Άριστη γνώση της Ελληνικής γλώσσας, γραπτώς και προφορικώς. • Λευκό ποινικό μητρώο. • Πιστοποιητικό Εκπαίδευσης Βασικής Ασφάλειας (Basic Safety Training) αναγνωρισμένο από το Υφυπουργείο Ναυτιλίας το οποίο μπορεί να αποκτηθεί και μετά την έναρξη εργοδότησης. • Κυπριακό ναυτικό φυλλάδιο το οποίο μπορεί να αποκτηθεί και μετά την έναρξη εργοδότησης. • Προηγούμενη εμπειρία σε ανάλογο εργασιακό περιβάλλον θα θεωρηθεί προτέρημα. • Γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας θα θεωρηθεί προτέρημα. • Ικανότητα εργασίας σε κυλιόμενες βάρδιες, μέρα και βράδυ. • Άριστες επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες. • Ικανότητα να εργάζεται ανεξάρτητα καθώς και ως μέλος ομάδας. • Ικανότητα προσαρμογής σε ένα μεταβαλλόμενο και απαιτητικό περιβάλλον. • Ικανότητα να εργάζεται υπό πίεση σε περιπτώσεις έκτακτης ανάγκης και υπό αυστηρές προθεσμίες.
