Our client is a leading affiliate marketing company specializing in the online casino industry. Their mission is to drive high-quality traffic to their partner casinos through strategic pay-per-click (PPC) advertising and innovative marketing solutions. With a deep understanding of the online gaming landscape, they leverage data-driven insights and cutting-edge technologies to maximize revenue and deliver exceptional results for their clients.
They’re currently looking to add a new member to their team. The Talent Acquisition Officer will be responsible for coordinating with the company’s partners for interview arrangements and facilitating the interview and hiring process for the new employees as well as the hiring managers.
Job Responsibilities
Coordinates the management team to conduct workforce planning
Conducts job analyses
Actively participates and ensures implementation of the attraction, recruitment, selection & induction process
Designs the relevant assessment tools and interview guides for each position and ensures that management is aware and trained to administer them
Coordinates with Marketing on media plans for recruitment campaigns and employer branding
Attends career fairs
Maintains a network of strategic partners (recruitment agencies, professional associations, academic institutions etc) for sourcing candidates
Handles all legal and employment relations issues
Conducts exit interviews
Acts as a Brand Ambassador for the company
Requirements
University Degree in Human Resources Management will be considered an advantage
Minimum of 1-year working experience in recruitment and selection
Excellent command of the English language.
Computer literacy with very good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Excellent communication and organizational skills
People-oriented and results-driven
