Plus Wise Estates is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Executive Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support to our real estate executives. The ideal candidate will have a background in real estate administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. This role requires a proactive individual who can anticipate the needs of the executives and ensure the smooth operation of the office. Responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing documents, and handling confidential information with discretion. The Real Estate Executive Admin will also be responsible for liaising with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders, ensuring that all interactions are professional and efficient. The successful candidate will be proficient in office software (CRM), have a keen eye for detail, and possess the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage and maintain executives' schedules and appointments.

• Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.

• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.

• Handle confidential information with discretion.

• Liaise with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.

• Assist in the preparation of real estate documents and contracts.

• Maintain and update client databases and records.

• Coordinate with agents

• Monitor and respond to emails and phone calls.

• Manage/direct incoming leads from online sours

• Assist with project management and follow-up on action items.

• Conduct research and compile data for reports.

• Manage office supplies and equipment.

• Ensure the office environment is professional and organized.

• Support the planning and execution of company events.

• Assist with budgeting and expense tracking.

• Provide general administrative support as needed.

• Welcoming visitors and clients

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in real estate administration or executive support.

• Fluent in Greek & English at proficient business level any other languages will consider as extra.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Discretion and confidentiality.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Experience with real estate software and databases.

• Professional demeanor and appearance.

Working Hours:

8:30-17:30

Salary:

Salary is negotiable regrading on the skills and experiences, Gross salary between 1250-1500 plus monthly Bonus
