Chianina is one of the oldest and most important cattle breeds in Italy, it owes its name to the breeding area of VAL DI CHIANA. Chianina meat certified according to the IT 003 ET specification. Val di Chiana is a Tuscan territory located between the provinces of Arezzo and Siena, which offers perfect conditions for growing vegetables. Here you will find a unique type of Allium ampeloprasum called Aglione, with cloves much larger than those of normal garlic and bulbs often exceeding 500 g. Aglione is much sweeter and less pungent than common garlic. Widely used in many traditional Tuscan recipes, once tried it will be impossible to do without it.
