The Herend manufactory is the porcelain luxury of Hungary. From the middle of the 19th century, she carried out orders from the most eminent and wealthy royal and aristocratic houses, including the British and Austro-Hungarian. It is very, very difficult to find a pre-war Herend sculpture in Europe! Not only because they are rare, but also because Europeans collect them themselves!
Speaking of gifts! The Herend manufactory was honored to make gift toys for George, the first-born of William and Catherine, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.
This figurine is extremely rare and will be a true gem of a collection and a luxurious gift!
