Rare! Antique Early 20th Century KARL ENS Volkstedt

A large, unusually realistic and refined author's sculpture of a polar bear is made of magnificent glazed porcelain.

Judging by the hallmark, the inscriptions next to the hallmark on the bottom under glaze and the shape of the bottom date from 1900-1920. Also at the bottom there is a green inscription stating that the sculpture is hand-painted. Underglaze green mark of Karl Ens on the bottom, the famous mill.

A product of one of the most expensive and titled porcelain manufactories in the world, Karl Ens Germany.

Very beautiful, exquisite work. Hand-painted with underglaze paints in soft colors typical of original KARL ENS works in the early 20th century.

Height 13 cm. Length 25 cm.

Excellent collectible condition! No acquired defects. No chips, cracks, scratches, visible defects. For a large sculpture of this age, the preservation is truly unique!
