Seniority level: Senior Your daily tasks will be, but not limited to: Assisting teams with recruitment (line personnel, managers etc). Build great relationships with candidates and prepare the future pipelines; be in touch with interesting candidates Achieving goals and KPIs Relocation support of new hires when needed Recommend enhancements, improvements, and simplifications of existing HR/recruitment processes and procedures Collaboration with the HR team and work toward making the hiring process more effective & quicker Collaboration with Hiring Managers Prepare different reports on requests Participation in other HR projects on demand.
