Preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, along with snacks and

desserts. Must understand the basic objectives, and standard of procedures set out

by the outlet Manager.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

● Team management responsibility

● Greeting and serving customers

● Preparing customers’ orders timely, deftly and accurately

● Knowledge of menu and providing detailed information

● Knowledge of methods of coffee and beverage preparation

● Maintaining stock levels, supplies and FIFO

● Maintaining a safe, clean and healthy work environment by following

organization standards and sanitation regulations

● Ensure HACCP policies, procedures and codes of practice are implemented.

● Ensuring the Health and Safety requirements are enforced and maintained

● Taking care of the front shop to be always clean and tidy Taking care of the

REQUIREMENTS

Skills & Knowledge

● English and Greek Language. (Russian Language will be a big plus)

● Customer service skills

● Good planning, organizational and communication skills

● Good knowledge of hygiene, health & safety and licensing regulations

Personality characteristics

● Team Player

● Positive Attitude

● Self-motivated

● Ability to multitask

● Hardworking

Level of Experience

● Proven working experience as a barista, bartender or similar position
