PAYMENT:
Cash or bank transfer. (Only for Bank of Cyprus customers, other banks delivery on cleared funds).
If the PC parts are to be ordered and are not in stock, a nominal 25% deposit will be required on placing the order, this can be by bank transfer or in cash. The balance will be payable in full on delivery and installation, again by cash or bank transfer (Only for Bank of Cyprus customers, other banks delivery on cleared funds).
COLLECTION OR DELIVERY:
We work on a strict collection or delivery policy only, we do not courier under any circumstances.
WARRANTY 2 years +:
A full manufacturer’s warranty on all the parts from the day of installation, subject to the manufacturers RMA “Return Merchandise Authorization” rules put in place by the manufacturer.
Warranty times are dependent on each particular part and the length of warranty offered by the manufacturer.
The RMA is the responsibility of the client and any costs involved in returning faulty parts are borne by the customer, however parts will be fitted free at the workshop in Anogyra.
Not included in the warranty: Virus removal, cosmetic or physical damage.
