Duties & ResponsibilitiesOversee all hotel operations, ensuring the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.Lead and manage the hotel staff, fostering a positive and professional work environment.Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experience and hotel profitability.Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and quality across all hotel areas.Monitor and manage the hotel’s financial performance, including budgeting and cost control.Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.Engage with guests to gather feedback and continuously improve the guest experience. Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively.Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to effectively promote the hotel.Oversee staff training and development, ensuring a skilled and motivated team.Firm understanding of laws and regulations.To ensure that all Hotels licenses are renewed on time.RequirementsMinimum 3 years’ experience as a Hotel Manager for a luxury resort property, preferably within Europe.
