Senior recruiter
We are currently looking for a new team member for our HR department and hope this person will greatly support the whole team and organization. We believe it will suit somebody who is proactive and would like to do a variety of functions daily, prefers to be a part of a fast-growing ambitious company, and is not scared to face a fast-changing environment.
Responsibilities:
Full cycle recruitment: sourcing, attracting, assessing candidates, interviewing, making hiring decisions
Participation in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies, including the identification of effective talent acquisition channels
Collaboration with line managers to identify staffing needs, assess competencies, and agree on candidate requirements
Assisting teams with recruitment (line personnel, managers etc).
Build great relationships with candidates and prepare the future pipelines; be in touch with interesting candidates
Achieving goals and KPIs
Relocation support of new hires when needed
Recommend enhancements, improvements, and simplifications of existing HR/recruitment processes and procedures
Collaboration with the HR team and work toward making the hiring process more effective & quicker
Prepare different reports on requests
Participation in other HR projects on demand.

Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Recruiter position
Deep understanding of the personnel recruitment and assessment process
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Knowledge of the labor market and trends in the HR field
English at B2 level (Greek and Russian is a plus)
