We Have A Room available in a big & beautiful, two floor - 4 bedroom house in Strovolos (Agios Vasilios Area - poscode 2042)

The room rent is €300 + €300 deposit & can accommodate 1 or 2 people maximum. (2 friends or a couple)

The room has a balcony that is closed with glass, so it is extended & is almost a double size room.

We have 2 single beds in the room.

The people who are living in the house are from Nigiria, & they are very nice people, very caring, & very responsible.

We like to rent the room only to serious people who will respect everybody in the house and pay their rent & bills on time.
