Mito Investment Limited is located in Paphos. As our business expands in the European market, we are currently seeking individuals who hold an undergraduate degree and at least 1 years of sales experience in real estate industry. If a candidate doesn’t hold a degree, but has 2 years of experience, we are also welcome to apply this position.

Skills:

1. Communication Skills: the ability to effectively communicate with clients, understand their needs, articulate the features and benefits of a property is crucial.

2. Negotiation Skills: negotiating is a significant aspect of real estate. A skilled real estate salesman should be able to negotiate effectively to secure the best deal for their clients.

3. Knowledge of Real Estate Market: a good understanding of the local real estate market, property values, and market trends is essential.

4. Customer Service: providing excellent customer service is vital for building relationships and gaining referrals. A salesman should be responsive, attentive and dedicated to meeting client’s needs.

5. Marketing Skills: the ability to market properties effectively is important. This includes creating compelling property listings, using online and offline marketing channels, and showcasing properties in the best light.

6. Problem-Solving Skills: real estate transaction can be complex, and unexpected issues may arise. A salesman should be able to think on their feet, find solutions to problems, and navigate challenges.

7. Client Search skills：a salesman should be able to use social median or other online platform to find clients. Additionally, having offline skills to locate clients is valuable.

8. Ethical Conduct: upholding high ethical standards and maintaining integrity is crucial in the real estate profession.

9. Networking Skills: building a strong network with the real estate industry and the local community can lead to valuable connection and potential clients.
