Our client is an international IT product company that develops and supports high-load projects for large companies, the main part of which are B2B solutions for entertainment, gaming and sports, and is looking for a Technical Specialist.What to do:-tracking the stages of construction, repair and maintenance of a building (real estate property);-monitoring the correct work of specialists;-selection of contract specialists to troubleshoot problems and perform the necessary work;-development and coordination of technical documentation;-interaction with customers and contractors to coordinate work.-maintaining reports on the current state of the facility and work performed;-solving technical problems and emergency situations on site;-ensuring the safety and quality of construction work;-carrying out technical inspections and analyzing the results;-ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations;-participation in the coordination and adjustment of project documentation.Requirements for a candidate:-higher technical education;- experience in a similar position for at least 2 years;- knowledge of construction technologies and standards;- ability to work with design and technical documentation;- responsibility, organization, communication skills;- Willingness to work in conditions of increased responsibility and stress.What do we offer:Official registration;-Office in Cyprus with work schedule 5/2 (Limassol);-Payment for sick leave and vacation;-Corporate catering.
