**Short history**
*The Modell Lyon, as it is commonly called, was made by DFG (Deutsche Fernsprecher Gesellschaft) in the 1970s/1980s. It was included in the Deutsche Post's offer as DeFeAp 330.
*The Dutch PTT also offered this device, but then under the name "Rembrandt", with that name printed on the plate, where on other versions Lyon is written.
*The device was designed to look like an old-fashioned telephone and is regarded as real antiques.
