I bought these two pieces of DeWitt frost fabric from the United States in 2022 and used only during the winter 2022 to protect some tropical palm trees I had from cold and freezing temperatures. I don't remember the OZ fabric thickness but I do remember that these were bought to have as much fabric thickness as possible to better protect the plants from cold, so the fabric thickness should be on the high side.

-The fabric provides freeze protection or greater plant protection during extreme conditions. It is one of the most durable, effective products available on the market for “all winter” protection of your perennials and other ornamentals. Designed to hold in heat and allow irrigation and rain to pass through, this fabric will not cause foliage burn even on sunny days.

-The fabric protects vegetation from frost by raising temperatures beneath the fabric. In addition to providing protection against cold, wind, birds, insects and scorching sun, its helps produce larger, earlier and more productive yields. It is permeable, UV-treated fabric designed to protect flowering annuals, bedding plants and vegetables from the severe cold and freezing temperatures. Temperatures underneath the fabric are warmer than outside conditions.

-It creates an excellent micro-environment for seed germination and seedling growth. This fabric provides a 90-95% average seed germination compared to 60-65% with straw or hay and can be used as a low cost insulation against the elements.

-This fabric installs easily and is reusable. It can lengthen your harvest time and extend your flowering seasons.

Condition and Size: The listing's price is for one of the pieces: 246cm X 352cm / 97 in X 139 in (photos 1-5) or 246cm X 370cm / 97 in X 146 in (photos 6-10). Both pieces were used with care for only one winter and are in Excellent condition apart from some stain/coloration from soil on the second piece (97 in X 146 in), which don't affect their appearance or condition.
