I offer services for people who need to obtain T.I.C. due to the new regulations imposed by the Cyprus government for applying for reduced VAT of 5% for their first apartment or house purchase or if they want to pay the difference of 14% so they can rent it without the fear of a fine. This is especially by for non cypriot buyers but for Cypriots too. Also, I can help them to fill the application and submit it to the VAT and wait for approval.

Αυτό ισχύει ιδιαίτερα για μη Κύπριους αγοραστές αλλά και για Κύπριους. Μπορώ επίσης να τους βοηθήσω να συμπληρώσουν την αίτηση και να την υποβάλουν στο ΦΠΑ και να περιμένω έγκριση.
