Antique 1900s army&navy csl makers bentwood banded travel trunk suitcase luggage

An extremely rare suitcase produced by army&navy csl company circa 1900s in good original condition. The exterior has kept its color and shows the usual scuffs associated with age and use. The wooden banding is also in perfect order with no splits or breaks. Working catches and closures without keys. 2 sturdy leather handles are intact. Cones with original leather sticker of the company.
The Army & Navy Co-operative Society Ltd was incorporated on 15 September 1871. It was formed by a group of army and navy officers for the supply of articles of domestic consumption and general use to its members at the lowest remunerative rates. It was based on the model of two earlier middle-class co-operatives, the Civil Service Supply Association and the Civil Service Co-operative Society.
