Yoga session structure:

1. Centring ourselves to feel grounded

2. Pranayama to energise our body

3. Stretches to warm up and ready for the practice

4. This is usually followed by vinyasa flow of sun salutations, warrior inversions, counter poses of hip opener asanas, twists and balance poses - depending on each person with a peak pose in mind

5. The practice finishes with Shavasana or Yoga Nidra meditation to reboot and restore our nervous system
