The asset is a field which falls within the administrative boundaries of Psimolofou community, in ‘Merras’ locality, in Nicosia district, approx. 3.75 km east of the traditional core of the community and 2.5 km southwest of Tseri Municipality. The parcel is 6,940 m2, has an irregular shape, uneven surface with a slope from north to south. It is landlocked and far away from essential services, however, within walking distance to a public road. The wider area is livestock and agricultural zone and consists of agricultural crops, livestock farms and vacant parcels of land.

The highest bidder is obliged to pay 10% of the accepted bid price upon acceptance and the remaining amount within one month from the date of acceptance. In the event that the remaining amount will not be paid by the successful bidder within one month from the date of acceptance, the initial payment given by the bidder may be confiscated and the sale of the property under offer will be cancelled. Where VAT may occur and/or any transfer fees, such amount will be payable by the successful bidder, in addition to the sale price.
