Job briefWe are currently seeking a motivated Car Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to the success of our organisation by driving vehicle sales.As a Car Executive, your primary responsibilities will include providing detailed information to customers about our range of vehicles and their features.You will engage with customers in a face-to-face setting, ensuring their needs are understood and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.By building strong customer relationships and leveraging your product knowledge, you will play a crucial role in maximizing vehicle sales for our organisation.Car Sale Executive must be persuasive and able to negotiate effectively to close sale.ResponsibilitiesBuild a rapport with potential customers to improve the possibility of a sale in the future.Understand customers’ needs and preferences to recommend suitable models.Showcase vehicles and explain their features to prospective customers.Accompany customers on test drives.Negotiate car prices and trade-in values.Maintain a customer database and communicate with them.Assist customers with completing the relevant paperwork required for a successful sale to be processed.Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any possible issues.Maintain reporting structures and recording sales and inventory on our software.Collaborate with team members to reach sales targets.Assist with the set up of showroom and promotional displays.Handle advertising/promotion and social media in collaboration with team members.Maintain up to date knowledge of vehicle models, features and industry trends.Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and goals set by the dealership.Requirements and skillsProven work experience as a Car Executive or similar role not essential but will be considered an advantage.A professional appearance, friendly manner, and positive attitude.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a sales team.Strong customer service and negotiation expertise.Valid Driver’s License.Good command of foreign language ( English )Willingness to improve / learn.Ability to work in a fast-pace environment.High School Diploma or equivalent, a bachelors degree in business or related field will be considered an advantage.
