It is situated approx. 2.1 km northwest of the center of the community and 200m east of Cha Potami river. The field has an area of 5,686m2, an irregular shape with a surface with uneven topography and southwestern slope, and is vacant. As per the official cadastral plan, the parcel is landlocked, however it is approx. 1km north of the Pachna – Anogyra main linking road. The wider area is agricultural and is characterized by mostly uncultivated vacant land, vineyards and agricultural fields.

In the event that the remaining amount will not be paid by the successful bidder within one month from the date of acceptance, the initial payment given by the bidder may be confiscated and the sale of the property under offer will be cancelled. Where VAT may occur and/or any transfer fees, such amount will be payable by the successful bidder, in addition to the sale price.
