High-quality sound engineering

It has been fitted with high-precision 32-bit, 192-kHz D/A converter PCM1795 by Burr-Brown, used in premium class Denon CD Players. This converter lets you enjoy minute details of music with remarkable clarity, including the acoustic resonances of concert halls.

Signal paths have been made thoroughly simple and straight to ensure a pure playback sound. The minimization of signal paths prevents signal degradation between circuits. A jitter reducer has been employed to care for even more accurate and pure sound reproduction.

Universal playback of digital music files

The DNP-730AE can playback nearly any digital audio format available, from a USB memory or through the network connection. The list of file types includes lossy formats like MP3, WMA, and AAC, but also lossless formats including ALAC, AIFF, WAV, and FLAC HD (up to 24 bit, 192 kHz), and of course the DNP-730AE can playback DSD files (in 2.8MHz and 5.6MHz resolution) over DLNA streaming, which means the highest resolution fed to your system.

Gapless playback is also available for DSD, WAV, FLAC, AIFF, and ALAC files.

Total convenience

Connect your Apple iPod, iPod touch to the DNP-730AE via the convenient front panel USB port and listen to your favourite music tracks while charging your device at the same time. The 3 lines large OLED cares for a clear and wide view. Our Denon Hi-Fi Remote App lets you easily control the full variety of options of the DNP-730AE, and is available for Apple and Android devices. You can even control certain Denon amplifiers or CD Players through the DNP, via the App.
