The ecu and the electronics that are installed on the bike are not included. New owner would maybe need to buy a programmable management box if he wants or ride the bike with stock ecu.
It’s a fully loaded bike and the price is a value for your money.
You may need to buy piggyback tuner if you don’t want the stock ecu map to have added power.
