A very unique 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom detached villa in Peyia with stunning unobstructed views of mountains and seaview from Paphos to Coral Bay. Next to this is a concrete pool house and electric pool heater. The pool house contains the electric pump and the converter for the solar pump. The panels for the converter are on the villa roof.

The carport is virtually the full length of the stamped concrete drive and is metal roofed and guttered.

The bedrooms all open onto a wrap around upstairs patio and the front garden area is balustraded, with crazy paving laid to the garden, and machine cut pool stone edges.

The kitchen/dining room, which is a good size, is equipped with an induction hob and oven, with feature extraction hood over. There is a large fridge freezer and a washing machine which could be moved to an alternative existing position to fit a dishwasher in its place. There is a 6 place granite topped dining table with chairs and all surfaces and splashbacks are made of matching granite slabs.

All internal tile floors and the guest toilet have recently been retiled with large 1200x600 tiles, the other bathrooms walls have been part retiled.

The external patios have been retiled also with 30x60 non slip tiles

Outside there are numerous productive fruit trees and bushes, watered by a two zone irrigation system. Above the covered patio are 3 wall mounted sunshades for additional shade, and 2 independent controlled fans.

The washline is a wall mounted Brabantia model.

For entertaining there is a unique barbeque and sitting area, external gas fire and a large metal granite topped table with Lazy Susan and 10 chairs.

Discreetly positioned in the garden is a large metal garden shed and 500l gas tank to supply the central heating boiler.

A professional burglar alarm is installed.
