About the flat: It is centrally located on Agia Zoni north of Makarios. Bus station and supermarket are within a few meters of the building.
It was used as a holiday rental Airbnb and Booking with a very high rating, since its location and high quality remodelling, appliances, air conditioners. It has a security fireproof entrance door and mosquito nets on the windows.
The electricity bill expenses are lower than similar premises since the new windows, doors and better appliances. Also it has a solar water heater and for winter instant electric water heater.
The kitchen has granite counters, induction hobs cooker and dishwasher and is fully equipped with plates, silverware, glasses and dishes.
